Branded content for Roku Gin hosted on Guardian Labs. We worked with Michelin Star chef Tommy Banks at his incredible rural pub, The Black Swan in Oldstead, Yorkshire. Tommy’s concepts are centred around true seasonal eating and local sourcing with everything used in the restaurant; grown, foraged, farmed or hunted from Oldstead. This means they have to get incredibly inventive to produce the top quality, global flavours we crave. All this paired with a delicious cocktail of course.
